This book was really short and maybe that's why it felt so rushed and simplistic. I felt there really was no plot and every bit of it was predictable. The writing was also very simple and made me feel it was written by someone very young.
Personally, I didn't find the sex scenes hot either.
Because of the shortness of the book, none of the characters were fleshed out. We really knew nothing about them and I couldn't bring myself to care about them at all.
The book basically went from the three characters meeting and living on the ranch together and then skipped to one year later. There wasn't anything telling us what happened during that year to make the characters fall in love with each other.
I'm really sorry. I don't usually shoot books down like this. I might consider trying another of this author's books, but probably only if it's offered for free.

This is the first I've read of the series & im going to start the others. I loved the way the relationships balanced perfectly between all 3. Menages are hard to read when one partner is always neglected or taken for granted. Perfect blend in this I loved it!
Their marriage is missing what both of them crave, a Dom to control them. In comes Damon, he had no intention of staying, but after one year, he finds his place in their marriage and becomes the take charge man in the home and bedroom. Love the story, Creek Valley is not any old place to live, it's open to loving all different ways. Keep them coming Sam Crescent........
I've never written a review before on but this book was so poorly written I feel the need to have a say. This book actually reads like it was written by a teenager. Either that or English is the author's second language. Character development was non-existent, and the sex scenes were boring enough that I skipped through them. Overall the book seemed like the author had found the manuscript in the back of the cupboard - a first attempt from their 'erotic writing for beginners' class that should never have seen the light of day. I agree with the reviewer who couldn't understand why reviewers were giving this any stars. Disappointing, and I won't be reading any more books from this author. I also won't be trusting too many reviews in the future either! I only gave this one star because makes you select at least one star before you can submit your review.
Hot Damon is more like it, this book has to be the greatest in the series..shoot this book needs an octane warning..to say it's hot is an understatement..if you love reading about wild menage this book is for you..it is a beautiful compliment to an awesome series..I don't wanna give the story away, it is a must read!!And if your new to menage romance I highly recommend Gavin's submissive& Holly's awakening...
